You can also send us an email to or via the Call Center at 021 29810555 then press "0" Monday - Sunday at 09:00 - 17:00 WIB. Kindly inform: YOUR ORDER NUMBER / ORDER; BANK NAME; ACCOUNT NUMBER; NAME OF ACCOUNT OWNERS. Our courier will pick up the items that you return, and we will process your return by transfer no later than 14 working days (SATURDAY / SUNDAY / NATIONAL HOLIDAYS not included)  upon document completion.
